Publishing professionals, book lovers and the general public will all be at the Paris Book Fair
Paris Book Fair is one of Europe’s most important cultural events. On a surface area of 55,000 m² at the Exhibitions Park in Porte de Versailles, each year in the spring, it welcomes 1,200 publishers and 2,000 authors from 37 countries and offers 500 meetings and 4,000 signings. The fair’s visitors can discover all the French and international publishing houses have to offer, with around 500 stands and shared trading counters. At this professional platform, publishers, booksellers, and librarians are meeting with colleagues and learn about the latest books and related products. In addition to the exhibition every year there are a large number of debates, lectures, and conferences. The book fair is highly appealing for its rich and varied program and the many get-togethers it offers its visitors over four days: more than 800 events and activities featuring nearly 3,000 authors, who will be signing their books or taking the floor in talks and debates with readers.
