  • Why was my order cancelled?
  • If you find your order has been closed after payment, it is most likely caused by the following reasons:

    1. Item is not available
    2. The item is out of stock/not available anymore.

      Refund: you will receive refund within 20 working days

    4. We have agreed on your cancellation request.

    6. In order to ensure the safety of your payment, The Billionaires Club will execute a verification process for every order. Some orders may be closed due to potential security reasons, including but not limited to:

      Scenario A: Coupon/discount has been used already by the same user. Please exclude coupon/discount for ordering again.

      Scenario B: Incomplete information of order. Please input complete name information for ordering again.

      Refund: you will receive refund within 20 working days, but some banks would hold this payment in this situation, you are advised to contact the bank.

  • How do I change size, shipping address etc. of my order?
  • After you place the order, the order details (like color, size, shipping address etc.) cannot be changed.

    If you placed order with wrong information, please contact us at before the order is shipped out, and ask us to ship with correct information.

    If your package is already sent out, please contact local express company for this issue. Normally they will call the contact number shown on the parcel if the package cannot be delivered.

  • I have not received my order. What can I do?

  • I have received an Order Update email. What does my order status mean?
  • Canceled – Your order has been made.

    Closed – An order is closed.

    Complete – Order is shipped and payment has been made.

    On Hold – An order is on hold, it has not been shipped yet.

    Payment Review – Your payment is under review.

    Pending – No invoice and shipments have been submitted yet.

    Processing – Payment is complete but the order is not shipped yet.

    Pending Payment – Your payment is pending but we have not received it yet.

  • Why I cannot pay through PayPal?
  • Paypal can only be used when the order is to be shipped to below countries (in alphabetical order):

    French, Germany, Italy, Israel, Netherland, Norway, Portugal, Poland, Spain, Sweden, Saudi Arabia, United States, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates.

  • When will my order be shipped out?

  • Why does it show "Delivered" when I haven't received the parcel?
  • We are distributing your package now. Please wait in patience or check with local post offices or the carrier in the destination country.

  • I have not received my order. What can I do?

  • How to change shipping address?

    Before ship out the order

    Please send an email to in time to update correct shipping address. We can arrange shipment to the correct one.

    Or you can cancel the order and place a new one. Your payment will be fully refunded within 3-20 days after getting approval.

    After ship out the order

    After we ship the parcel, shipping address cannot be changed any more. Hope you kindly understand this. Usually, shipping companies will call the contact number on the parcel if it is failed to be delivered.

  • What products can be refunded?
  • Your purchase is subject to refund if:

    • The item you received was damaged, defective, or substantially different from the item represented on the product detail page.
    • Your order did not arrive not due to factors related to the buyer (for example the wrong shipping address was provided).

    Send an email to to apply for a refund. Please, include the following information in the email:

    • Send your order number.
    • Video/photo of unpackaging the product.
    • State the reason for the refund.
    • Attach an original sales receipt or packing slip dated within 15 days of purchase.

    We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and will give you further instructions if needed.

    Unfortunately, some items, including Sale, Discounted and Clearance items cannot be returned as well as other items marked ‘No Return’.

    Personalized, customized and/or autographed items also cannot be returned.

  • When will I receive my refund?
  • Usually, it takes 3-20 business days, varying with different banks, for buyers to receive the refund after the refund is successfully processed by The Billionaires Club, LLC. You will receive an email notification after we process your refund.

  • I have not received my refund. What can I do?
  • The method of the refund relies on the method of the payment. For instance, if you used credit card to pay, the refund will be processed to the same card with which the payment was made.

    Generally, the refund will be received in 3-20 business days after it is successfully processed by The Billionaires Club, LLC. If you haven’t received your refund after 20 business days, please contact us at

  • I have not received my credit card refund. What can I do?
  • Step 1. Please check if it has been 20 business days after refund is successfully processed by The Billionaires Club, LLC. If not, please kindly wait, for it takes 3-20 business days, depending on your bank, for the funds to be received.

    Step 2. Check the bank statement from 2 days before the payment was made to 20 business days after the refund was successfully processed.

    For instance, if payment is made on 2020.05.10, you will need to check the bank statement between 2020.05.08-2020.06.07. Because some banks present the refund on or around the date of payment.

  • Why is the received amount less than the refund amount on order page?
  • The Billionaires Club, LLC would fully refund the agreed amount on order page. But there can be two scenarios in which you may receive less funds compared with the original refund amount:

    Scenario 1. The bank(s) charge commission fee after The Billionaires Club, LLC transfers the funds.

    Scenario 2. The exchange rate has changed compared to that of the payment.
