Title: Social Media Manager - FB / IG Mgmt

Description:

Strategic expectations from this position:

• Work closely our President for deliberate planning, strategy and goal setting for various social media channels
• Establish SMM Ad / Marketing & Motivational strategies, which incorporate both general and specific marketing goals for both TBC and WebIdeas and for Brand positioning and essence.
• Ensure the continuous growth of impact on the necessary target audiences through FB & IG

Requirements for daily routine:

• Create a regular publishing schedule and promote content through social media marketing
• Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns
• Creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content (for all channels and ads)
• Copywriting, text editing, and proofreading in English
• Give relevant feedback, timely respond to comments, keeping up with the tone of voice; work with possible leads and forward them further in the funnel
• Analyze comments and provide reports, including the one on factors of dissatisfaction
• Manage visual content according to the brandbook and approved SMM strategy. Work with basic photo editing tools for visual content creation (canva, crello, photoshop, etc.). Working with video editors will be a plus
• Be able to organize photographers, videographers and designers, if or when necessary
• Manage email marketing with and through other departments
• Produce enticing stories for IG and FB
• Work with our Telegram, Whatsapp, Viber and other channels
• Manage events and partner events on facebook and other channels
• Work with existing info partners as well as establish new ones. Establish strategic cooperation with online communities
• Google My Business management
• Work with ad managers in FB / IG, LinkedIN, Twitter, YouTube
• Leverage the right tools to manage your content. (eg PostPlanner and Buffer)

Hiring Requirements :

• 1+ years working in Social Media Marketing.
• Creative and innovative spirit.
• Ability to Motivate through advertising
• Excellent general design skills, a creative thinker with an eye to deliver elegant, eye catching design and artwork
• Great organizational and project management skills with the capability to manage and deliver multiple streams of work to tight deadlines - a quick, pragmatic and efficient approach to work
• Advanced English absolutely required.
• BONUS: if you have excellent skills in Photoshop or other graphic design software.
• BONUS: if you have excellent skills in all social media platforms

Work Times: 9am - 6pm (some variable is possible)

Salary: $500 - $800 Starting with increase after 30 / 60 day probation

Probation: 30 to 60 days (paid)

Employee Stock & Option: Stock & Options after Probation
